Keurig Dr Pepper scales liquid espresso concentrate across four brands

Keurig Dr Pepper is rolling out a consumer liquid espresso concentrate platform across L’OR, Jacobs, Kenco and Douwe Egberts. The company’s first-party announcement is dated 28 September 2026, while renewed trade coverage on 8 October makes the launch especially timely for a closer category analysis.

The range is planned for 20 countries in Pure Black, Sweet Caramel and Rich Mocha. KDP says an opened bottle remains fresh for up to four weeks when refrigerated. The format is intended for hot and cold drinks, including iced lattes and espresso-based cocktails prepared at home.

The announcement does not identify all 20 markets, pack sizes, prices, dilution instructions or the exact brand-and-flavour combination in each country. Those gaps matter for a shopping guide. A global platform does not mean that every version is immediately available in every market.

Strategically, KDP is transferring liquid-coffee experience from offices, hotels and restaurants into consumer retail and combining it with instant-coffee processing capabilities. One formulation platform can then appear under locally familiar brands. That is an efficient portfolio model, but a finished drink still depends on dose, mixer and serving size.

Coffee-Explorer tip

Calculate the cost after dilution. Bottle price alone says little about the value of a coffee concentrate.
