Due to the last price crisis affecting coffee production sector throughout the world, and the boom of the specialty coffee market, we are considering the creation of a Geographical Indications or Origin Denominations for our quality coffee producing regions. The Geographical Indications or Origin Denominations constitute a quality certification, which guarantees:- The coffee origin- A cultivation process and milling of coffee complying specific regulations, and- The quality and special characteristics of coffee from a specific zone. Wines and alcoholics beverages such as Champagne and Tequila are the most acquired goods under the Geographical Indications or Origin Denominations
