European Coffee Symposium and Coffee Hospitality Event 2025
It is that time of the year again – on the 24th until the 26th of November 2025 the European Coffee Symposium and the Coffee Hospitality Expo take place in the JW Marriott Hotel in Berlin. Both events will happen simultaneously under the same roof, giving the visitors an exciting new format.
One can expect a wide range of experiences – from an expo to 1-1 meetings and an awards show, the ECS provides coffee lovers with everything. One can try new products and get in contact with leading businesses to boost one’s own ideas. Each year there is a full schedule over the three days.
SUPPLY & INNOVATION DAY – 25th of November 2025, 09:00 – 17:00
The perfect option of getting together as buyer and supplier. In a 1-1 meeting both thrive for a match in interest and innovation, ensuring business development. One can meet face to face in a meeting scheduled for 25 minutes.
AWARDS & GALA – 25th of November 2025, 20:00 – 23:00
Every year there are elected winners from different categories, which are celebrated during the black-tie gala dinner.
ECS TALKS – 26th of November 2025, 10:00 – 16:00
The ECS Talks Program line-up is yet to be announced. There will be inspiring and insightful interviews with the industry leaders.
