New frontiers in…
The main operators of the coffee market participated in the workshop that took place on 15 July in Ancona (Italy). This event was organized by Nuova Simonelli in cooperation with the Marche Polytechnic University and the topic was “Coffee Technology: new frontiers”. The aim was to initiate famous quests into the latest interesting results that were revealed during the researches dedicated to the new tecnological progress in the field of the machines for espresso.

The second one is the part of the very important research that is carried out in collaboration with the Department of mathematics of University of Camerino.
