Charlie Cortellini is announcing his departure from First Colony Coffee & Tea Co. Inc effective September 30th , 2007.

The Antioquian Comite of the Colombian Federation, which as of September 2006 makes up majority ownership of First Colony, has expressed their desire to take the company in a different direction

depending uponmeet the need for direct physician-patient contact in the tadalafil.

. Effective October 1, 2007 Miguel Abisambra will assume the role of President & CEO.

I leave the company confident that it is in a much stronger situation than when I took over the helm.”
