Free Standing Cafe in Greensboro, NC GREENSBORO OPENING: Port City Java(R) announces the opening of its newest cafe located in Greensboro, NC. The new unit, located at 4610 West Market Street, Greensboro, NC, is a free standing Cafe offering Drive-Thru service. The cafe is owned by Mike Winstead, Jr., and managed by Jonathan Arms. COO Don Reynolds states, “We are very excited to grow the Brand in the Greensboro Market with Michael and Jonathan”. Port City Java(R) and Mr. Winstead are very fortunate to have secured a free-standing site with a Drive Thru and The Brand will be well served with this superior positioned location and operation. The Company places a high value on sites with Drive-Thru availability. This is the first of several units planned for the Triad Market. The Company is currently in final lease negotiations for a stand-alone site in Winston-Salem and is scouting for additional sites in Greensboro. Additionally, a Durham, NC Port City Java(R) at Hock Plaza, adjacent to the Duke University Medical Center, is set to open in November. NONTRADITIONAL/MODULAR: This unit is the third completely modular Port City Java(R) that the company has opened.
